What is your return policy?
All sales are final, refer to terms of service. We make no claims that any of our products will meet your expectations, however, if there is a shipping or manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a full refund as long as you notify us within 10 days of payment.

Is there any marijuana in Sweet Wellness LLC products?
In order to be compliant with the FDA, the CBD in our products must contain less than 0.3 percent THC (marijuana) on a dry weight basis.
If you read the QR code you can see that our products are third party tested to be certain we are compliant. Some people are confused by that number. 0.3 percent is less than one percent!

Will I fail a drug test after using CBD products?
It is unlikely that you would test positive if you are using CBD products that are tested for purity. However, in the case of sleep drops that have CBD and CBN, the test may show up as positive. It may also show positive if you are using Delta 8 gummies. If your work requires drug testing, it's always best to check your employer's policies regarding the use of these products.

Are there any known side-effects?
Although CBD is generally well tolerated, it is best to start with a low dose and increase slowly until you see how it affects you. CBD can cause dry mouth or lower your blood pressure. When first starting to use Delta 8, you should not drive or use any machinery that could cause harm. D8 causes drowsiness in most people. Some are especially sensitive to D8 and experience a good night's sleep by just taking 1/2 a serving 20 minutes before bedtime.
